RETURNS POLICY AND GENERAL TERMS
Open Accounts, Net 10 days E.O.M.
Credit Card Accounts, Net per order.
All returns are to be authorized by your sponsoring laboratory.
Returns must be in original packaging, free from markings and in resaleable condition.
Edged or dyed lenses can not be returned for replacement or credit.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip.
All returns must be shipped to your sponsor lab via a TRACEABLE DELIVERY SERVICE.
Your sponsor lab is not liable for packages lost in route.
NOTE: Sponsor Labs Return Policies may differ slightly and supersedes this document.
